What to bring on your salmon charter
Valid Michigan Fishing License
Everyone fishing in your group will need a valid Michigan Fishing License. One day licenses are available on the Michigan DNR website.
Appropriate Clothing
Soft soled shoes only please.
The weather can change quickly on Lake Michigan while salmon fishing so dress accordingly and bring extra gear if you feel you may need it.
Food/Drinks
Hauling in all those big fish can make a person hungry. Make sure to bring whatever it is that you want to eat and drink, but please refrain from bringing glass bottles. Alcohol is permitted but expected to be consumed responsibly.
And please....NO BANANAS!
Camera
Make sure to bring a camera and/or cell phone to capture those memorable moments, but please remember that the Captain and crew are not responsible for their safety.
Other Must Haves
Remember to bring a cooler along with ice to take your catch home in. Sunscreen and sunglasses are also a must have on the water.
